Another shot from my wife. She made sure she followed this guy and managed to shoot the pic despite the low angle and all the people surrounding her. somehow she just managed to capture it last minute before the crowd moved in.

@Evi: It is just an ornament they wear during the procession. Its more like a decoration for the legs! :)
