Life at a fishing villagePosted by Shiva (Kajang, Malaysia) on 11 April 2007 in Miscellaneous and Portfolio. Hi guys!, After contemplating for so long, I have finally decided to put out my images for sale in my own photo sales site. Please visit http://www.e-ttl.com to view the site and if you see anything you like, let me know. This is a " Truly Malaysian" site that sells images from Malaysia. So, I officially pronounce my site open for sales!! Thousands of thanks to aminus3 members and web owners to be a good friend and a true compatriot in photography to all budding photographers to be able to display their works in a blog format for free. I truly salute the aminus3 team for being very kind and humane to all of us. I wish you all the greatest of success. Thank you. Shiva

Jerry from Tampa, United StatesShiva - love the perspective - wonderful tones - excellent detail - this is a GREAT image my friend! 11 Apr 2007 9:29am @Jerry: Hehhe thank you Jerry! I just resized the pic as I captured it directly! Sujit from Hyderabad, IndiaUnusual perspective. Good work. Great job. Love how you have brought forth the texture. 11 Apr 2007 11:07am @Sujit: Thanks Sujit.. i often challenge my self to go against photography norms. By doing this, i have compiled quite a number of images that is either strange or weird, but, within interpretation of sight and understanding. Kheoh Yee Wei from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysiahmm..You covered the boat too little here,Shiva, would have been even better if there is some background with the boat! 11 Apr 2007 3:11pm @Kheoh Yee Wei: Kheoh.. hehhehe... YEah could have done that too.. but again, I kinda dig narrow perspectives.. a bit like trying to photograph the KLCC building right from the bottom.. ;) Beckie from Shenandoah Valley, VA, United StatesThis is fabulous. I love the perspective. Nicely done. 11 Apr 2007 3:41pm @Beckie: Thank you Beckie!! Hey i was digging thru your blog.. awesome pics you have there!!! @badala: Thank you badala.. glad u loved it! Rahul from Kuala Lumpur, MalaysiaBro, nice one, i saw something similar when we were at the Mangrooves. Did you shoot it there ? 11 Apr 2007 5:36pm @Rahul: Thanks bro.. this one is from Pulau Ketam. It is a fishing village in Klang. Interesting place to be. Dornbrau from Colorado Springs, United StatesWonderful image. The water is so reflective and yet so murky. Nice. 12 Apr 2007 3:04am @Dornbrau: ;) the whole area is murky, you can expect that from a mangrove area, lots of movement there, especially the trawlers and small fising boats. Lydia from Ottawa, CanadaAnother great picture of a boat! The symmetry and colours are great in this photo. 12 Apr 2007 3:28am @Lydia: ;) thanks! You will get to see a few more of these boats! |
